Grilled fruit is amazing. The smoky heat brings out the wonderful flavors while caramelizing the natural sugars for an added layer of sweetness. This was the first time I had ever used peaches. I’ve grilled pineapple which is also pretty amazing, but sadly you can add that to my seemingly endless list of food allergies….
